I have read clause 6A of the Operator Agreement. I understand no interest is charged, that equipment supplied on credit remains the property of SYD CABS until it is paid for in full, that SYD CABS may register its interest on the Personal Property Securities Register, and that the upfront payment is not refundable.
I understand I will need a direct debit set up before equipment is fitted, and that SYD CABS will send me a secure link to authorise it.

This form does not collect your BSB or account number, and we will never ask for them by email, by phone or through this website. The direct debit is set up through a secure payment link we send you, and the details go to the payment provider — not to us.

Clause 6A of the Operator Agreement sets the terms: no interest, the upfront payment is not refundable, the equipment stays ours until paid for in full, and we may register that interest on the PPSR.
